Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Skin Avenue. These terms govern your use of our website and the medical aesthetic services provided at our clinic located in Gurugram, Haryana.

By accessing our website or visiting Skin Avenue clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services
Skin Avenue provides medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, anti-ageing procedures, hair restoration, body contouring and regenerative aesthetics. All treatments are performed by or under the supervision of qualified medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion, including where a treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results from treatments vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Before undergoing any treatment, a thorough in-person consultation will be conducted to assess your suitability. You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications and known allergies prior to any treatment. Failure to do so may affect your safety and treatment outcomes, and Skin Avenue shall not be held liable for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed information.
4. Consultations & Appointments
Consultations may be booked online, by phone or via WhatsApp. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Skin Avenue reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless a treatment package arrangement has been made in advance. We accept major payment methods as indicated at the clinic. Treatment packages and pre-paid sessions are non-refundable once commenced. Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another individual with prior written consent from Skin Avenue. In the event that a treatment cannot be completed due to a clinical contraindication identified after payment, a credit or refund will be arranged at the clinic's discretion.
6. Results & Expectations
Aesthetic treatment results are highly individual and depend on factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare and the number of sessions completed. Skin Avenue makes no guarantee of specific results. Before-and-after images and testimonials shared on our website or social media represent individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes.
7. Aftercare Compliance
Clients are provided with aftercare instructions following each treatment. Failure to follow these instructions may negatively impact results and increase the risk of complications. Skin Avenue is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance with aftercare guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Skin Avenue website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the intellectual property of Skin Avenue and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Avenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment in question.
